Spring Bank, "a community bank with a mission to promote financial inclusion in New York City" opened a branch in Red Hook Brooklyn at the end of 2024.  This ended a several year period where there were no banks in Red Hook at all.

According to their website Spring Bank is "a certified B Corp, and member of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values and a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). We serve the needs of underserved consumers and small businesses in the New York City area, providing transparent and affordable banking products and services."

They are located opposite the PS15 playground and B61 bus stop, between Sullivan and Wolcott on Van Brunt.
