At the time of this update on 8/26/20, the Food Bazaar has just taken over the Fairway store. At present, the store footprint and layout are the same.

Food Bazaar has a Rewards App.  This does not appear to be a mobile shopping app that allows you to total up your purchases on your own, a function of the Fairway app that made it very popular during the pandemic as a way to avoid long wait times at check-out.
